For years I worked in the hospitality industry as a pastry chef. Achieving that title was always my goal in my 20s, but the more time I spent in the kitchen the more I felt like I was missing something. Maybe it was the long hours, maybe the pressure of the high level environment I was working in, maybe the way I was escaping that reality with a party lifestyle. At some point I knew I needed something different.
So I went to travel in Australia, and that year changed everything and opened new doors. I started getting closer to the holistic world, yoga, breathwork, and became deeply interested in how we can change and create our lives with the power of our mind. But I was also looking for a vehicle. Something that could give me back what I had been sacrificing through all those double shifts in my early 20s. Time.
I saw people building something online and got curious. I learned the skills and with the support of a community I started my own business, a health and wellness business built around a product I genuinely believe in and use every day. Starting was just the tip of the iceberg. What unfolded after was confidence, connection and parts of myself I didn't know existed.
This business has become the vehicle to my vision. Living close to the ocean, growing my own vegetables, and helping other women feel safe within themselves again. Because when I started this journey I had no idea where it was going. Unfold Your Freedom gave me a direction.
